Do I need to be on the Supreme Court roll?
No. Any Bar Council registration (Pakistan, Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan, or Islamabad) is accepted. Your court of practice is a filter clients use — we encourage you to list every High Court / district court you take cases in.
What cut does PakLawAI take?
15% platform commission, charged at escrow release time — never before the consultation happens. If you prefer a flat subscription, Verified Pro and Firm plans replace the commission.
How do I get paid?
Funds sit in escrow during the 24-hour post-call hold. After that they move to your wallet, and weekly payouts go to your chosen rail (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash). Minimum payout is PKR 2,000.
Is my client data private?
Yes. Client chat history is only shared with you if they explicitly opt in per booking. Nothing is sold. Nothing is used to train generalist AI models.
What if a client doesn't show up?
PakLawAI detects no-shows via the video join events and auto-refunds when the lawyer-side is absent. Client-side no-shows release funds to you after the scheduled end time.
